This is an URGENT FEMINIST CALL to ACTION
by Feminist Elders Against Genocide (FEAG),
supporting the web of life against genocides: Palestine is a feminist issue
Joining the Global Call to Action in Solidarity with Palestine today, we urge you to include the dissemination and conversation in solidarity with the Report “PREDATORY STATE” by the Palestinian Feminist Collective (PFC) and others about systemic sexualized and gendered violence as part ad parcel of occupation.

This is a recount of the contecxt, relevance and information about the recently United Nations acknowledge of issue of Israel’s use of sexual violence in its warzones of its genocide against Palestine.
Palestinian Feminist Collective, in partnership with Progressive International, released last June 30th in NY, “A Predatory State: Israeli Systemic Sexualized and Gendered Violence against Palestinians.” It is a historic, 189-page report that exposes the relationship between Israel’s sexualized violence and the systematic targeting of reproductive health and freedom, the desecration of martyred bodies, the assault on Palestinians’ homes, forced separations of Palestinian families, and the use of AI to facilitate domicide.
PFC and PI state the following: “We find that Israeli sexualized and gendered violence is a colonial mechanism deployed to destroy communities in whole or in part. Israel, as a colonializing force, weaponizes sex, gender, and intimacy to achieve military objectives of both physical and psychological devastation, exploiting patriarchal societal norms to intensify the impact of its sexualized and gendered violence on its Palestinian victims and on Palestinian society as a whole”.
The report shows that this violence is not incidental. It is a systemic and historical mechanism of settler-colonial rule.
Presented at a press conference by young feminist freed political prisoner talking from Palestine that day, Hadeel Shatara, by PFC feminist in the USA, Tara Al-Alami, the writer of the Report and by Aaron Maté.

Palestinian supporters rally for Palestinians in Gaza, Friday, Oct. 13, 2023, in Miami. For Palestinian Americans, there’s a sense of helplessness and hopelessness as many struggle to hear from their families in Gaza. Amid a fuel and water shortage, no electricity, and now a forced evacuation in the north, administering and sending aid to civilians in Gaza is near impossible. (AP Photo/Marta Lavandier, File)

“The Palestinian Feminist Collective’s latest report on the Israeli regime’s systematic gendered and sexual violence against Palestinians should shake people to their core. But this disturbing account should also move people to action and to demand accountability.” Yara Hawari
“A Predatory State” is a must-read and urgent call for awakening and action. It is an indictment of a system that has transformed Palestinian life – bodies, homes, families, reproductive existence, and even the dead – into instruments of control and domination. It is time to understand that the crimes against the Palestinians – including the sexualized and gender-based violence meticulously researched and exposed in this report – is not a total sum of isolated abuses, but a system of domination, oppression and erasure. The machinery of occupation, apartheid and genocide is its toolbox. This system, nurtured by ideological ambition and economic interest, continues to survive through institutional complicity, political protection, and impunity. States seem to claim ignorance to evade their legal obligations to prevent and punish genocide, end complicity, investigate and prosecute those responsible, and dismantle the structures that allow such crimes to persist. The report is a call upon all responsible citizens to stay united – not just to end genocide, but to fight once and for all this testosteronic model of power that roots and grows through subjugation and repression.” Francesca Albanese
“The dehumanization I saw when held captive by Israel — with all the attention of the world on our mission — makes me terrified for how Israel treats Palestinians in the dark. This landmark new report gathers the evidence of Israel’s systematic sexualized and gendered violence against Palestinians in a way that cannot be ignored.” Greta Thunberg
“This report shows how the racial and colonial structures that govern and delimit Palestinian life, reproduction, bodily autonomy and movement, are centrally sexualized, classed, and gendered. More than merely serving as an archive of genocidal violence, this report is a timely reminder of what abolition feminists have long been saying: There can be no true feminist liberation without the dismantlement of prisons, police, and military occupation. Freedom for Palestine and all Palestinians is non-negotiable.” Angela Davis
“The genocide in Gaza heralds a renewed historical phase, rather than an isolated event. Dissecting this whole genocidal project, as the “Predatory State” report does, helps us reach an understanding of how global capital wants to conduct colonial war in the genocidal age.” Ghassan Abu Sitta
“This report pushes the legal limitations of the UN Genocide Convention as it concerns Indigenous peoples and shows us how sexualized and gendered violence are systemic technologies of native elimination that Israel has used with an aim to destroy the Palestinian people.” Noura Erakat
Israel’s Report About October 7 Allegations of Rape
I
n May 12, 2026, a Zionist Report “Silenced No More”, was launched by the newly created NGO, Israeli based Civil Commission about October 7 Crimes. It was published on May 12, 2026, created by an NGO in Israel created and headed headed by zionist Cochav Elkayam-Levy. According to Norman Filkenstein, scholar and Jewish son of victims of the Holocaust, “this Report presents NO evidence the sexual violence claims by Israel and mainstream media”.
Filkenstein’s appraisal of the Report : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJBwJZhXM-g
The Escribana editor’s ppraisal: There is NO comparison between the Report “Predatory State” by the PFC and the one by Zionism: “Silenced No More”.
The connection between sexualized and gendered violence as a systemic policy of occuoation is very well established by the PFC in its Report. Furthermore, their chapter about the falsity about the evidence of the Oct 7 “rapes” is very clear in the PFC document and the Israeli Report presents no evidence, forensic or otherwise, about such systematicity on Oct. 7 by Hamas even though they dis forensic reporting about everything else.
United Nations about the Issue Today

For the first time in history, Israel has been placed in the list of countries where sexual violence is perpetrated in warzones. UN Secretary General Antonio Gutierres made the announcement on May 29, 2026, stating that the UN has been able to verify that such violence was carried out against 14 men, seven women, nine boys and one girl. The violations included rape, gang rape, forced nudity, and violence to genitals committed by officers from the Israeli military, police and prison service. He added that the UN attempts to fully investigate the issue but had been obstructed by the Israeli government and threats made against detainees to prevent abuse being reported.
